Insomnia (Japanese: ふみん Insomnia) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Ten Pokémon have this ability.
Effect
In battle
Insomnia prevents Sleep. The move Worry Seed can change the target Pokémon's ability to Insomnia. If a Pokémon with Insomnia uses Rest, it will automatically fail.
Outside of battle
Insomnia has no effect outside of battle.

As of Generation IV, no Pokémon has Insomnia as their only ability.
