Celebi sitting on the Shrine
The Shrine in the Ilex Forest is found in the Generation II games. It is used in obtaining Celebi.
By putting a GS Ball on the shrine in Pokémon Crystal, a Level 30 Celebi will appear.
The shrine also appeared in the fourth movie, and briefly in A Farfetch'd Tale.
