Gulzar is the self proclaimed 'Greatest {{t|Grass}} Pokémon trainer in the [[Orange Islands]]. He was bragging about this when [[Tracey]] tried pulling his flower hat off of his head, thinking that they were just flowers growing in the ground. Angered by this, Gulzar challenged him to a battle.  However in Tracey's defense, [[Ash]] accepted the challenge.

Gulzar (Japanese: ジュンジ Junji) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in Pokémon Food Fight. His Japanese voice actress is 伊倉一恵 Ikura Kazue and his English voice actress is Amy Birnbaum.
