Glacia had trained in the region of Johto before journeying to Hoenn to become part of the third installment of the Elite Four. "Fiery passion in Ice cold." Glacia has a team consisting over five very powerful Ice-type Pokémon.

Her strategy is to rely on Items. She traveled south because she thought that Ice-types could be strengthened in harsh and warmer regions.
