Enlighten Up! (Japanese: ヤドンのさとり！サトシのさとり！ Yadon's Comprehension! Satoshi's Comprehension!) is episode 244 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on April 18, 2002 and in the United States on April 26, 2003.

The group visit a temple dedicated to finding enlightenment. While Ash is eager to try it for himself, Team Rocket are more interested in stealing a gold statue.
