The Wacky Watcher (Japanese: コイキング!しんかのひみつ!! Koiking! The Secret of Evolution!!) is episode 109 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on August 19, 1999 and in the United States on September 16, 2000.

- This is the second episode of the Orange Island Saga to be dedicated to Magikarp and Gyarados. The other being The Joy of Pokémon.

Dub edits
In the dub, Dr. Quackenpoker introduces himself. Tracey repeats his name as if he heard of him before. Tracey then recognizes him as a famous Pokémon watcher. In the original Tracey had never heard of him before and was only interested in the fact that he was another Pokémon watcher.
