Cute Charm (Japanese: メロメロボディ Enebriating Body) is an ability in Pokémon games that may infatuate an opponent on contact, making it unable to attack most of the time. Infatuation can be cured by a Mental Herb or a Red Flute, or when the Pokémon with Cute Charm switches out. Nine Pokémon have this ability. Outside of battle, if the Pokémon with Cute Charm is first in the party, then the chance of encountering a Pokémon of the opposite gender is 66.6%, regardless of any species' gender ratios. This does not affect swarming Pokémon species.
