(Japanese: マキシ Maxi) is the leader of the Nomose Gym in the Sinnoh region.

In the anime

Maxi uses Water-type Pokémon in his battles. Trainers receive the Fen Badge, TM55 Salt Water and are able to use Fog Clear outside of battle.
