Clubsplosion participants and Don George
The Clubsplosion (Japanese: ドンナマイト Donamite) is a tournament in the anime that is held in Toaru Town. It is hosted by the town's Don George and Freddy O'Martian, and it took place between BW070 and BW073. It is similar to the Club Battle held in Nimbasa Town only it focuses more on hand-to-hand combat. It is also a tournament meant for Fighting-type Pokémon; however, Pokémon of all types are allowed to participate. The winner will receive a year's supply of Vitamins.
Masaomi was the winner of the previous year's Clubsplosion but lost his championship title to Stephan in BW073.
