Captain (Decolore Islands)

The captain is a character of the day who appeared in Cilan and the Case of the Purrloin Witness!. He was not given a name in the Japanese version or dub.

He is in charge of the cruise ship that Ash, Iris, and Cilan boarded while traveling from Honey Island to Hotachi Island. He went to interrogate a business man, Mr. Shaw, when the security cameras showed him inside Mrs. Ripple's room just after one of her rare jewels was stolen. With the help of a sailor assistant, the captain showed the security recording to Mr. Shaw, who desperately declared himself innocent; so he then decided to continue the investigation.

After that, the captain was called by Cilan to the deck of the ship along with other people involved in the investigation. Here, he noticed how nervous Mr. Shaw was and asked him to calm down, since he was not the thief. This was proven true when the actual criminal was revealed to be Teaque, who was ultimately stopped by a mysterious man that introduced himself after an intrigued captain asked him to do so.
