The C-Gear is an electronic device introduced in Pokémon Black and White. It is used to access the High Link, Global Link and for infared linking purposes.

The C-Gear is obtained in Sanyou City after assisting Makomo.

High Link

To access the High Link features, the orange icons on the C-Gear screen must be activated.

Global Link

The C-Gear's main purpose is to provide access to the Global Link, through which the Dream World is accessed. Touching the blue icons on the C-Gear will activate the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to connect to the Game Sync. The player will be asked to select a Pokémon from their storage to put to sleep, which will then appear in the Global Link.

The C-Gear may be customized in a number of ways. By touching the C-Gear logo on the top of the screen, the style of the icons can be changed. The arrangement of the icons may also be changed by touching the question mark icon, then spaces on the screen to move the icons.

Wallpapers can be downloaded from the Global Link to further customize the C-Gear. Among these are themes featuring Pikachu, Chillarmy and Munna.
