Some images on Bulbapedia are copyrighted, but can be used legally under the fair-use doctrine. This does not mean all copyrighted images can be claimed for Fair use. For further reading on the subject, see fair use on Wikipedia.
These images are not licensed under any free license and Bulbapedia does not claim ownership of them. If you wish to reuse them, you must also use the fair-use doctrine (Bulbapedia does not own the image's copyrights and can therefore not give permission to use them).
Images uploaded are the responsibility of the uploader, and not Bulbapedia.
