Pokédex entry
The tail's tip shines brightly and can be seen from far away. It acts as a beacon for lost people.

Ampharos's only attack, Gigaspark, is known as Gigashock in Japan. Coincidentally, all English cards that feature a Pokémon with the attack Gigashock were featured in the original Japanese with the attack known as Gigaspark.

This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
