Agate Village: Difference between revisions

Agate Village is a small, lush, forest village located in the North-West corner of the Orre region. A large river runs past the town, accounting for it's abundance of flora in an area that is primarily desert.

Agate Village is primarily a retirement destination for elderly Pokémon trainers. Most of the citizens are senior trainers who have retired from professional training - although most keep their Pokémon with them in old age, living out the winter of their lives with their treasured companions.

Many young trainers visit Agate, either because they have relatives there or because they seek the wisdom of their elders. Few youngsters actually live there.

Agate village has several interesting landmarks and features. There is an old man who hands out Berries that his Taillow picks, a Poké Mart that sells cologne to massage your Pokémon with, a Pokémon Daycare - and of course a forest containing a shrine in honor of Celebi.

The most notable resident of Agate village is Eagun. In his youth, Eagun was with little doubt the greatest trainer in his days. Eagun lives with his wife, and still spends time with his first Pokémon, a Pikachu.
