Yuri in her youth
(Japanese: ユリ Yuri) is a is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in DP095. It was revealed that she was Johanna's old rival. She first appeared as a child in a flashback, battling Johanna in a Contest, which she won.
She had gotten 4 ribbons before she decided to become a Pokémon stylist.
Yuri met Dawn right before the Celestic Town Contest began, who she would later lose to. In one of her flashbacks, she was seen watching a Contest which Dawn was participating in.
