Khoury's father

Khoury's dad (Japanese: カズナリの父 Kazunari's father) is a recurring character who first appeared in An Egg Scramble!. He is voiced by 四宮豪 Gō Shinomiya in Japanese, and Frank Frankson in English.

He, his son, and Lyra traveled to Sinnoh and set up the Johto Festival in order to get Sinnoh Trainers interested in the Johto region. He also hoped that Khoury would gain some valuable information on Sinnoh Pokémon.

He recommended that he and Lyra travel with Ash and friends for a short while so they could explore the region.

Before returning to Johto with Lyra and Khoury, he gave his PokéGear to Brock.
