DJ Mary (Japanese: クルミ Kurumi) is a DJ in Johto Radio Tower and a host of famous Oak's Pokémon Talk. The co-host of this show is Professor Oak.

In the games

Mary is famous celebrity in Johto and surprisingly Kanto. Many people in Kanto arrive to Johto to hear the Mary's show. She gives a Pink Bow for prize after defeating Team Rocket in Kanto. Buena says Mary has a problems with weight. Mary had caught one Pokémon, Drowzee but it was always making her drowsy, so she traded it for Meowth with fan. Mary also host the Quiz in Pokémon Stadium 2.

In the anime

Mary has appeared in several episodes of the Pokémon anime. Her Japanese voice actress is 榎本温子 Atsuko Enomoto and her English voice actress is Amy Birnbaum.

Her first appearance was in Air Time. She was at the Goldenrod Radio Tower. Ash appeared on her show to talk about his Pokémon and his aspirations.

She also appeared in Will the Real Oak Please Stand Up?. She and Professor Oak were going to do a live show in Maroon Town. Team Rocket got wind of this and disguised themselves as the professor and Mary. With the help of Nurse Joy, a quiz show was initiated and the real Oak and Mary were determined.

Mary also appeared in Oaknapped! Professor Oak disappeared before taping a segment for her show, so she asked Officer Jenny, Ritchie and Tracey to help her find him. They eventually learned that he had been kidnapped by Butch and Cassidy.

In the Pokémon Special manga

In the Pokémon Special manga Mary appeared as the Radio DJ and a famous singer. She's close friend with Whitney and big celebrity. Gold is a huge fan of her. She got a Smeargle from Whitney.

In the TCG

Mary appears in a several TCG cards. First is titled Mary. It allows player to draw 2 cards and then shuffle them from hand into player's deck. Second is Mary's Impulse. This one allows player to flip the coin until a tails. For each heads player can draw 2 cards. Third is Mary's Request which allows player to draw 2 cards or 4 cards if player doesn't have a Stage 2 Pokémon.
