The 2023 World Championships Yokohama Deck: Pikachu (Japanese: ポケモンワールドチャンピオンシップス2023横浜 記念デッキ「ピカチュウ」 Pokémon World Championships 2023 Yokohama Deck -Pikachu-) is a Pokémon Trading Card Game product that was released alongside the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion on July 28, 2023.

The 2023 World Championships Yokohama Deck: Pikachu was released in anticipation of the 2023 World Championships held in Yokohama on August 11 to 13, 2023, and the first time the World Championships were held in Japan. It featured the Pikachu ex that was originally released in the ex Starter Set Pikachu ex & Pawmot deck with alternative special illustration artwork depicting Pikachu battling against a Koraidon and Miraidon in a tournament embossed with a 2023 World Championships stamp.
The Deck also included an aluminium deck tin, a yellow Pikachu Pokémon World Championships 2023 coin, 64 World Championship themed card sleeves and a sheet of cardboard damage and status markers.
