Mr. Verich is a character in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness
Mr. Verich first appears at Gateon Port, where he stops a thug named Zook from beating Michael up. He also provides free food and drink to the patrons of the Krabby Club, a bar in Gateon Port. However, for most of the game, Mr. Verich's purpose is unknown, and his existance is hardly referenced to at all.
Mr. Verich has an alternate identity, Greevil, head of Cipher. This makes him a parallel of the Pokémon Colosseum character Mayor Es Cade, though Mr. Verich is the true head of the organization.
