Delbert (Japanese: ドモン Domon) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime who first appeared in The Clubsplosion Begins! where he entered the Clubsplosion tournament. His opponent in the first round was Montgomery and he battled him in Search for the Clubultimate!, but quickly lost.

Delbert used Mienshao in the first round of the Clubsplosion tournament and its opponent was Montgomery's Throh. Each of its attacks were evaded by the Judo Pokémon who then caused heavy damage to it with Seismic Toss. Mienshao was defeated after Throh used Circle Throw on it which sent it crashing into a wall.

Later on it was revealed Bianca was busy feeling Mienshao's muscles which was the reason why she was late for her own battle.

Mienshao's known moves are Pound and Hi Jump Kick.
