Pokémon Ranger: Tracks of Light is an action-adventure game for the Nintendo DS and the sequel to Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia.

The game adds a new mechanic - players can summon wild Pokémon by drawing runes onto the ground, the titular Tracks of Light. Pokémon now also appear on the field for PokéAssists and maintain the Assist until they take damage.

The game takes place in the Oblivia Region. The antagonists are a group of Pokémon kidnappers known as the Pokémon Nappers. Players can ride on the Legendary Beasts to travel around.
