Carr (Japanese: チャクラ Chakra) was one of The Three Beasts of Team Rocket in the the Pokémon Special manga as part of the Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen storyline.
Carr fought and was defeated by Red on Five Island. However, upon the arrival of Deoxys he defeated Red.
Carr later rebelled against Team Rocket, killing Orm in the process. He was successful in taking over Team Rocket, but was unable to kill Sird and Giovanni.
Carr programmed Trainer Tower's computer system.

- Due to Coronis's translation of the mangas, he is also popularly known as Jagura in the fan community, as Coronis is fond of inventing Western names for manga-only characters who lack dub names.
