The Houndoom ex Battle Deck and Melmetal ex Battle deck is the fourth pair of Theme Decks that were released for the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the Scarlet & Violet Series. They were released on February 23, 2024.

Information
The Houndoom & Melmetal ex Battle decks were the fourth release in the ex Battle Deck product line. The ex Battle Decks are Play Level 1, indicating they are aimed at beginners to the TCG.
The ex Battle Decks were sold individually as the Houndoom ex Battle Deck and the Melmetal ex Battle Deck. Each deck contained a fixed selection of 60 cards, including the eponymous Pokémon as Pokémon ex. Each deck also included a deck box, damage counters, a single-player playmat, a rules booklet, a Quick Guide, three reference cards, a TCGL code card, and a Jumbo-sized coin.
