The following moves: Ingrain, Leech Seed, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Recover, Restore Command, and Synthesis are unable to function when Restore Imprison is in play.
The following abilities: Ice Body, and Rain Dish are unable to function when this move is in play, regardless of the weather.
