Carr programmed Trainer Tower's computer system, and the tower computer, named "R," adopts his mannerisms as a result, which Giovanni notes to be tacky and vulgar.

In the HeartGold & SoulSilver chapter, Carr is briefly seen ushering in his takeover of Team Rocket before the new Rocket Executives, Archer, Arianna, Proton, and Petrel overthrow him, deeming Giovanni the only rightful leader of the organization.

Trivia

  • Due to Coronis's translation of the mangas, he is also popularly known as Jagura in the fan community, as Coronis is fond of inventing Western names for manga-only characters who lack dub names.
