Single Strike (Japanese: ICHIGEKI Single Strike), sometimes called Single Strike Style or Single Strike Battle Style [1], is a category of cards in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. They were introduced in the Battle Styles expansion and revolve around Urshifu's Single Strike Style. Single Strike cards are the counterpart of Rapid Strike and Fusion Strike style cards and focus on powerful, hard-hitting attacks that can Knock Out an opponent in a single blow. These cards are distinguished by a red Single Strike label superimposed on the card art below the HP and type. Certain attacks, Abilities, Trainer cards, and Special Energy cards interact specifically with Single Strike cards.
