Trivia

Origin

Shinobi Mastery's Japanese name is that of Ninjutsu, a Warrior Skill first introduced in Pokémon Conquest. Shinobi Mastery's effect references both Koga's Trap and Janine, cards which feature Koga and Janine respectively. Koga uses a Venomoth in every game except for Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, Pokémon FireRed, and Pokémon LeafGreen, Janine uses a Venomoth in all of her core series appearances.
