Discussion about an article must go on the article's talk page, linked to by the green tabs at the top of every single page, not on the article itself. Secondly, your page was redirected as the information is all in the Dragon trio article already, and there is no need for duplicate articles. The reason it was a redlink is that there is a link generated by a template for Reshiram and Zekrom, the page for which will be created once we have more info about their relationship.
