Welcome to Bulbapedia, Pupcakepup!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Please do not replace existing videos with new videos unless there is significant reason to do so, such as quality. Replacing existing videos with your own videos of a similar quality is virtually advertising. Instead, if you think a video with similar quality to the existing one is better, you should bring it up on the talk page, specifying why you think so. --SnorlaxMonster 15:40, 17 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Snorlax. I'm sorry to bother you, but I noticed that you said it was technically advertising. See, the thing is, I discovered that glitch, and I felt like I didn't receive the credit. If you looked at Zowayixx's video, it said that I discovered it, yet that it seemed that Bulbapedia was giving him the credit for it. Is there any way that we could still use his video but give me credit for finding his glitch? Thank you for your time.Pupcakepup 15:47, 17 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
Well, the name reflects who uploaded the video, not who discovered the glitch. Bulbapedia doesn't really focus on who discovered the glitch, as someone will claim they did, but someone else will dispute and and claim they discovered it earlier, or they deserve credit for expanding the glitch. If you really want your video on there rather than Zowayixx's, then you can upload one that is better in quality than it. Zowayixx's isn't really that good, but yours is no better. Also, can I ask that all replies to comments on talk pages go on the same page, like this? It makes things much simpler. --SnorlaxMonster 16:13, 17 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Okay, and I'm sorry to bother you. I see.
