Blue champion trivia

Please don't add the trivia about Blue being the youngest champion. As ages aren't mentioned in the games, we have no clue whether it's true or not. For all we know, Red or Iris could be the youngest champion. Simiarly, please do not add that Iris is the second youngest to her page. --It's Funktastic~!_{話してください} 22:02, 12 September 2013 (UTC)

However Pokemon Yellow is Based on the Anime in which trainers such as Ash Ketchum and Gary Oak may start their journey at age 10, which they both do. So we may assume that at least in Yellow Version Blue may very well be age 10. I did add the parentheses about the the age not being specified in the game but acquiring that piece of information from the anime. as I said before ( Other than Red* a player character, and other player character's) He did become Champion in the very game he debuted as for Iris she became Champion post game ( and yes I do agree with you, the time in which she became champion is beyond me and could have been a day after Hilbert/Hilda became champions that she was crowned). - unsigned comment from Pokeekop (talk • contribs)

Fair enough. I'm not trying to make an argument about the whole thing. However it's really cool to consider the fact that Blue's cool factor does go up if you think about how young he became Champion compared to the others. Yes, There is a possibility that Iris may be the same age, However I doubt it. This is why, Blue began his journey at age 10 and maybe so did Iris (basing it off the anime's minimum requirement to receive a Pokemon from a Professor) , However Blue continued his journey to become Champion and Iris decided to become a gym leader and we don't know how long she has been gym leader however it was long enough for Hilbert/Hilda to start their journey and battle her as the 8th Gym Leader. We may find out soon how old Blue (or "Green") really is when Pokemon: Origins debuts as it appears to be a canonical motion picture of the video games. The games/manga/anime pretty much implies certain things so I wasn't really sure weather or not to put it in any category thus I put it in trivia. Pokeekop (talk) 23:26, 12 September 2013 (UTC)
