OK, couple things

One, removing talk page stuff, not allowed. Two, using your user talk as a userpage, not allowed. Three, before you ask, you can create a proper userpage after you've made enough mainspace edits. Four, new comments for a talk page go at the bottom, not the very top. Five, you need to edit the mainspace before you get to make a userpage. And seeing as your one mainspace edit so far was blatant vandalism, I'd say that at this rate, it might take you a while. Moreover, Bulbapedia's not all about the userspace.
