This user is confused

I'm trying to upload a file (png) for the summary page since it is incomplete (the generation V section more precisely). Unfortunately, I do not have the permission to upload files as of yet and the process of becoming an Autoconfirmed users is unclear to me. I have no idea how to become one since from what I have seen, I need to contribute to a page. Which in my case, is "impossible" because the page I want to contribute to requires a specific png.

I'm hoping that writing this will help me achieve my goal in some way, regardless of if it is the right place to write this.

Furthermore, I would love if someone could change my username to godilau008 instead of gofilau008. The way username and user information is handled is still quite the mystery to me.

Images are uploaded on the archives, so you have to create an account there and be autoconfirmed there. The requirements for autoconfirmation is the same here. You also have to make mainspace edits, not just any kinds of edits, and you have to make a certain number of them. The mainspace is any article that does not have a prefix (like User: or Talk:). Regarding name changes, those can only be done by the editor in chief, so you have to contact the deputy editor in chief (Pokemaster97) as the current EiC is away.--ForceFire 05:54, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
