Hey I saw that you edited the Safari Zone page last - so I thought I would throw you a quick question: Can Pokemon not in the Johto Dex (Bagon, Gible, Zangoose, etc.) be caught pre elite four. It doesn't say anything about that on the page. I was confused looking at it and as a devoted Bulbapedia member, I wanted to know how the page can be made more accurate.
