Just because all 4 were'nt made doesnt mean there wont be any. If they did all 4 again that would be 8 gen 1.--Davidaipom 19:31, 31 August 2008 (UTC)

Well... here's why I don't think they did OB/TY.

1. FRLG already let you get it all. Sure you couldn't catch your own Jynx, but later in the game you could breed your own...
2. Blue was very little of an improvement over RG, mostly just in sounds. We'd need a Battle Frontier in Kanto, too, if we'd have WB.
3. They got lazy and didn't wanna recode Pikachu following you around, especially with how different Gen III was to Gen I. Plus, it'd HAVE to be holding a Light Ball at the start or people would get pissed that they couldn't evolve it.
4. People would complain about not being able to go to Johto or Hoenn after the events of Kanto. It was fine in 1998/1999 when Yellow came out that we could only go as far as in Red and Blue, but you know how many morons think the anime's the genesis of it all...
