By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

 • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
 • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
 • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
 • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
 • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
 • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
 • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
 • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
 • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Link templates

Please make sure to use link templates when editing. All Pokémon should be linked as Pokémon name instead of as Pokémon name, so Bulbasaur, for example should be linked as Bulbasaur. However, when doing anime related edits, Pokémon of main characters have their own pages, which is what should be linked to. So Ash's Pikachu should be either linked as Ash's Pikachu, or Pikachu, if you just want it to say Pikachu. For more link templates please look at List of link templates. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 03:51, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

One more thing that I noticed. Pokémon should always be written with an 'é' instead of an 'e'. This is also true for Pokédex, Poké Ball and pretty much any other word that starts with 'Poké'. If you do not know how to type this on your keyboard, both 'é' and 'Poké' are available on the character palette below the edit box. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 06:05, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

Thank you It's Funktastic! - unsigned comment from Fairycoordinator (talkcontribs)

First, please sign your comments with four tildes. ~~~~ That means add that thing to the end of your messages. Also, your edit on XY017 disregarded the thing Funktastic just asked you to do. Please make sure you use link templates. Ataro (talk) 04:48, 10 April 2014 (UTC)
Great job on your plot summary on XY018! All of your link template usage was pretty much 100% correct. The only mistake I saw was that Jessie should be linked as Jessie instead of Jessie, since her article title is just Jessie. Otherwise, keep up the good work. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 03:42, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
And a couple more notes. Sorry. Like Jessie, James's page is at James, and not James (anime), so he should just be linked to as James, rather than James. is only used with individual Pokémon rather than Pokémon as a concept (Pokémon links to Pokémon (Pokémon) instead of Pokémon or Pokémon (species), with Pokémon (species) being the one to link to, since the other is about the franchise itself). It's not really a link that needs to be worried about. And that's about it I think. --It's Funktastic~!話してください 16:43, 20 April 2014 (UTC)

Preview button and more

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. Also, when making new articles, make sure to add more information to them than you do now. Finally, it is preferred that articles about anime characters are written in past-tense. Thanks and happy editing! ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 14:26, 14 May 2014 (UTC)

Character articles

I appreciate that you've been creating articles for the anime characters, but please use the preview button to check your work before finalizing to avoid clogging the Recent Changes. You may use also use other articles as basis, such as what categories those characters belong to. In addition, please refrain from creating an article with only one or two sentences. It's advised that you expand on them before submitting. Thank you and have a good day. --超龍Chao 14:30, 14 May 2014 (UTC)

Got it. Thanks and I'll make sure to do that. :) Fairycoordinator (talk) 22:46, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
