Welcome to Bulbapedia, Eatfish!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

hello I'm eatfish! Bold textPlease, if you have nothing nice to say don't post anything on this page. Thank You --Eatfish (talk) 23:42, 11 January 2013 (UTC) Eatfish (talk) 00:37, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

While it's nice to welcome new users, it'd be better to use {{subst:welcome}}, which also links to rules and other helpful things. --It's Funktastic~! (talk) 03:09, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Also, you don't need to sign after typing up the template as the template already does it for you :).--ForceFire 03:15, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

If you want to welcome users, please add only {{subst:welcome}} on their talk page and nothing else.--Den Zen 14:56, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

ok ok! --Eatfish (talk) 18:35, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Talk Page Comments

Removing talk page comments, including the initial welcome template, is prohibited per Bulbapedia's talk page policy. Please do not remove any comments in the future. If you wish to clean old comments away, you should archive your talk page instead. Thank you! --Den Zen 21:35, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

ok? How do you archive?! --Eatfish (talk) 21:39, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

You move your current talk page to a new name, as explained on this page. However, you can't move pages until you become autoconfirmed.--Den Zen 22:02, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Contacting staff

When contacting members of staff, please only contact one person regarding the problem/question/idea you have. Contacting multiple members of staff, especially in a very short period of time, only serves to needlessly fill up space on multiple talk pages.
