How should Transformation be explained? There's nowhere on Bulbapedia that explains it other than it being similar to evolution, but for humans. R.A. Hunter Blade 21:31, 28 December 2012 (UTC)

That's pretty much how it goes in-game too, they specially say that it's Pokemon evolution for humans and it uses the same sort of transformation sequence. When certain conditions are fulfilled your Warlord gets a fancier outfit, their stats increase, and their ability changes, usually to a stronger version of their current ability. I'm surprised they don't get more detailed.. is Transformation only a Conquest feature or is it in the original series as well? R.A. Hunter Blade 23:14, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
