Debate

This template as been asked to be created and since it seems I need permission from an admin to create it. Do you agree or disagree that it should be created? Say so here.

I don't see why this needs to be a template. The Ⓟ can just be added to the toolbar below the edit window.
We also already have a {{P}} template. It gets used a bit. glikglak 23:08, 10 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
Then we can name it something else, like (P) for the template name, instead of just P. Or name it PC instead. And what's the difference if it gets added to the symbols under the edit window instead of being created as a Template. For that to happen, I think someone from Wikia would have to get involved because I think the symbols are wikia universal. Whereas creating the template would be unique to Bulbapedia.

Bulbapedia's built on MediaWiki, not Wikia. The symbol has been added to the toolbar (next to the copyright symbol) glikglak 00:24, 12 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
I and at least 3 other people didn't know that about MediaWiki vs Wikia as the main site source of Bulbapedia and same goes for knowing about the symbol below the edit window/box. I usually don't look down there and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So please, don't act like you expect everyone to know what you know. At least, that's the feeling I get from your comment Glik, but if that is not the case, then I apologize.

Seriously, stop making changes to my posts on my own talk page(s).

There're red links that need to be removed. glikglak 21:06, 23 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
I understand that, but 1) you never provided an explanation as why you were editing someone else's posts and 2) You could have done it all on the same edit instead of separate edits. And yes, I do know you're an admin but that doesn't excuse you from explaining your actions. I got scolded for editing someone else's posts and all I did was correct the spelling of one or two words and I don't think Admins are exempt from the rules that they are enforce. You also could have asked me to remove the dead links instead of doing it yourself. This isn't an article on bulbapedia, this is a talk page and the posts being altered were my own, not yours.

(resetting indent)Your posts with red links were on two different pages. And removal of unnecessary red links is the one allowance users have to edit other users' pages or comments (granted that the message is as unaltered as possible); changing spelling or grammar is specifically stated in the talk page policy to not be. If I find any more red links on your submissions that need to be removed, I'll be sure to note in the edit summary. glikglak 22:27, 23 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
