Don't be lazy
This is what would be referred to as a laziness template back in the day. It's just four apostrophes. Don't be lazy, and don't encourage laziness.--ForceFire 15:14, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
- I created this because the page will be categorized as having a disallowed display title if that page is moved (despite the unlikelihood of that). If you don't agree with me, I can just replace the syntax
{{DISPLAYTITLE:''page title literally typed out''}}with{{DISPLAYTITLE:''{{PAGENAME}}''}}on the pages where this template would be used, no problem. --Bfdifan2006 15:30, 17 April 2022 (UTC)- Ah, so it's to italicize page titles. That's not necessary at all, it's just a style not how the title is meant to be displayed. It's different from an article starting with a lowercase, as that's intentional (for a lack of better word).--ForceFire 15:50, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
- And just because Wikipedia does it, doesn't mean we have to do it to. We're not Wikipedia, they do things their way and we do things our way. We shouldn't have to copy them.--ForceFire 15:52, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
