This is a list of Pokémon that can be detected by Detector Mode on the DexNav, as indicated by a magnifying glass circled in blue. Tapping this indicator when it is showing will display the Nearby Pokémon screen on the DexNav and register the Pokémon as seen if it has not already been.

The "Unlimited" column in the table below indicates whether these Pokémon can increase their species' encounter count if the species has already been seen. With the exception of the Beautifly on Route 102, all temporary or scattering Pokémon are unlimited, while all stationary Pokémon are limited. The unlimited Pokémon will reset when a transition to another area occurs (such as going inside a house), except for the flying flock of Wingull that is only seen when Route 102 is first entered.
