Terapagos (Japanese: テラパゴス Terapagos) is a Colorless-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Surging Sparks expansion.

The shell is made of crystallized Terastal energy. When struck by a move, this shell absorbs the move’s energy and transfers it to Terapagos.

Release information
This card was included in the Surging Sparks expansion, first released in the Japanese Super Electric Breaker expansion. A Mirage Holofoil version of the Surging Sparks print with a Pokémon Horizons: The Series stamp in the bottom right corner of the artwork was released as part of a campaign celebrating the animated series and the launch of the Surging Sparks expansion. Terapagos was paired with cards depicting the Paldea first partner Pokémon in gift with purchase promotions in several countries, each of which also featured Pokémon Horizons stamps.
Terapagos and Sprigatito were given away in the United States and Canada with qualifying purchases worth at least $15 at participating GameStop stores; this pairing was also given away in Australia with qualifying purchases worth at least $15 at participating EB Games stores. Terapagos and Fuecoco were given away in the United States with qualifying purchases worth at least $15 at participating Best Buy stores, in Canada with qualifying purchases worth at least $15 at participating Toys "R" Us stores, and in Australia with qualifying purchases worth at least $15 at participating JB Hi-Fi stores. Terapagos and Quaxly were available in the United States and Canada with TCG purchases worth at least $15 from each country's Pokémon Center online store when using the respective code "quaxlycardus" or "quaxlycardca" at checkout. All promotions began on November 8, 2024.[1][2]
It is reprinted in the Ascended Heroes special expansion, originating from the Japanese MEGA Dream ex subset. Each release has two Mirror Holofoil variants featuring either a Colorless Energy symbol or a Love Ball. In Japan, it is also reprinted in the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.
