How to use

Header

Parameter Input
1 The move's type.
2 The generation the move was first able to be learned by level.

Entries

There is currently a total of 12 versions of the entry template that can be used, however only the first seven are currently needed for this purpose: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.

1 National Pokédex number.
2 Species name.
3 Number of Egg Groups the species has.
4 Egg Group #1.
5 Egg Group #2.
6 Levels or leave blank, initial generation. (Versions 1-12)
7 Levels or leave blank, second generation. (Versions 2-12)
8 Levels or leave blank, third generation. (Versions 3-12)
9 Levels or leave blank, fourth generation. (Versions 4-12)
10 Levels or leave blank, fifth generation. (Versions 5-12)
11 Levels or leave blank, sixth generation. (Versions 6-12)
12 Levels or leave blank, seventh generation. (Versions 7-12)
13 Levels or leave blank, eighth generation. (Versions 8-12)
14 Levels or leave blank, ninth generation. (Versions 9-12)
15 Levels or leave blank, tenth generation. (Versions 10-12)

Egg Groups

I already asked this on Project Moves and Abilities talk page, but I'm asking again here. Can someone explain why it shows egg group and not type? Egg group might make sense in the breeding table, but in most cases it would be more helpful to show the types. Litten8 (talk) 06:37, 15 December 2016 (UTC)
