Template:FB/doc

{{FB}} is used to link to a page title "(x y) with text of "(y)".

{{FB}} stands for Frontier Brain, as it was originally used for linking to articles for Frontier Brains when those articles were located at their full titles instead of just their names. Now, {{FB}} can be used for general linking; however, it must be used sparingly so as not to qualify as a laziness template.

Usage

{{ FB | <1> | <2> }}

Template Fields

Unnamed
  • 1 - First part of the name
  • 2 - Second part of the name. This is the text that will be usually displayed.
  • 3 - Optional. Override for the displayed text.
    • However, instead of using this template when customizing the display text, it is easier (and preferred) to use simple wikicode renamed links.
