Espurr's psychic attack

Could it not be possible that Espurr used Miracle Eye right before sending Inkay and Team Rocket blasting off? Just before it actually did anything to Team Rocket, both its eyes glowed so it could have used it and been the first anime use of the move, and while its eyes glowed a lot when it used psychic its also possible that had it used any moves it could have been just the anime's way of espurr doing any psychic based attack.--Lycos Ex Mortis (talk) 02:28, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Then by all rights we have no clue if it was psychic that was actually used, it could have been confusion or even some natural ability only the anime version has, as we have seen countless times before where pokemon in the anime have natural powers that aren't available within the games.--Lycos Ex Mortis (talk) 23:14, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
