- I've been trying to get at this from the ROM and I think I know the full list now. Bolded ones are missing from your list above. 2 in Rolling Fields, 2 in East Lake Axewell, 1 in Axew's Eye, 1 in Giant's Seat, 1 in Motostoke Riverbank, 3 in Bridge Field, 1 in Stony Wilderness, 2 in Giant's Mirror, and 1 each in Hammerlocke Hills, Giant's Cap, and Lake of Outrage.
- I do have screenshots I took a while ago of these places too; now I can also say that I'm pretty sure there's nowhere else. But one of the Giant's Mirror ones may be the Dusty Bowl one. (There's likewise a case where the ROM lists Watchtower Ruins' White Herb in Dappled Grove's info, and in-game it's a little close but still plainly "in" Watchtower Ruins.)
