Lowered encounter rate

I removed the following, which was added by the user Magnezone (talk), from the article's trivia section:

  • The grasses in this area are programmed in such a way so that encounters rarely happens, forcing players to walk around for a longer time than usual just to encounter one Dunsparce. This might have been done as a reference to Dunsparce itself supposedly being a scarce, hard to find Pokemon.

It sounds to me like this is something somebody thought up based on anecdotal evidence. Can we please get somebody to delve into the code and (a) see if this is true and (b) get hard numbers on exactly how much it lowers the encounter rate? The trivium is also kind of poorly written and includes speculation, so if this is confirmed I suggest the following revision before re-adding it:

  • The encounter rate in the grass is lowered from the normal level by ((X amount/a factor of X)), forcing players to walk around for a longer time than usual to encounter any Dunsparce.
