Well, there's a sprite for it as well. They are treated as different Pokemon. Just like Ice Beam, a lot of the descriptions are the same, but we don't have all of them crammed into one section, right? Littlmiget123 23:02, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

• Seed Flare, Night Daze, and Smog are the only moves with a 40% chance of a secondary effect happening.
  • Seed Flare and Night Daze, coincidentally, are both signature moves.
