You mean like the Poké Ball article? Parts of it are on the actual ball and its types, and some other parts are on Super Smash Bros.PokeManiac102 01:21, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Well, only a minor part of the Poké Ball article is about Smash Bros. I'm not sure how much we will get out of switching Pokémon beyond Pokémon Trainer's special move. --FabuVinny ^T-C-S 01:26, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Is this really needed?

It might have been a long time since this was brought up, but I do agree. Why does this need its own page? It seems like everything you'd want to learn from this page could easily be found on the Pokemon trainer's page instead. Merge with Pokémon Trainer (Super Smash Bros.)

I think that now there is a page for the Pokémon Trainer, this article should be included in there. I think its unnecessary to have a separate page for a mechanic that only applies to one specific individual that can be explained in that individual's page. – Chosen of Mana 16:33, 1 March 2012 (UTC)

I agree. Like someone said above, no other Smash Bros. moves have their own article, and this is short enough that it could easily be added as a section on the Trainer article. --Darth Zekrom 17:02, 1 March 2012 (UTC)

Split

We don't even need to split anything, just have to actually make Charizard (Super Smash Bros.) a page instead of a redirect. But should we put its SSBB information on its page or leave it all here and use Charizard's specifically for its 3DS/Wii U info? glik^glak 18:47, 9 April 2014 (UTC)

Charizard isn't considered a newcomer in SSB4, so SSBB info should definitely be there. Also, we already have this, and IMO it's ready to be mainspaced.--電禅Den Zen 19:01, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
