Purpose of this page

What purpose does this page have? Users should never actually search that exact title, so it does not require to exist. Nothing links here, so from that end too, it does not require to exist (currently). All places that need to link to either of the Mewtwo licenses just link to the exact license(s) they need to link to. It doesn't appear to be officially used either.

It might be more useful as a search term at the title Mewtwo (UNITE), as that follows the pattern of how the other UNITE licenses are named. (Also, fwiw, I had a draft in my userspace for this since a while back). → SuperPikaPool13 12:59, 10 May 2025 (UTC)

I don't think it's unreasonable to assume readers might search "Mewtwo (UNITE)", being used to other pages having that same name scheme. Landfish7 12:43, 14 May 2025 (UTC)

Officially both licenses are just called "Mewtwo", the game uses "Mewtwo (X)" and "Mewtwo (Y)" to distinguish them in some contexts but if we adopted such a convention we'd end up with double dab tags. Fort that reason I'd tend to think this disambig does serve a purpose. 4iamking 10:51, 16 January 2026 (UTC)
