Talk:Little Pink

I can see just how people might think otherwise. Its only two appearances were fairly short (that one battle and the Double Performance demo), and I'm not even convinced that the article's at the right name as it is (I'm fairly certain that Marina introduced the Pokémon as simply "Pink" when it first came out, lending to that being the proper nickname).

On the flip side, Marina is a primary protagonist in the Raikou special, as is Jimmy who also has articles for all of his known Pokémon; the main reason the same isn't true of Jackson is because most of his Pokémon were revealed outside that capacity and thus have more limited notability as a result.

Might as well wait and see how the chips fall, though. Who knows, Marina might make a sudden in-person appearance with this Jigglypuff in a highly notable role...--Shiningpikablu252 15:47, 27 September 2008 (UTC)

OK, I've gone back and done an analysis over the nickname. Looking at this video and skipping to around 4:28, Marina's line is "And now, joining her on stage, it's Pink! The Jigglypuff!" As far as I'm concerned, that is evidence enough that "Little Pink" is not the true nickname of the Pokémon; if it were, Marina would have introduced it as such. --Shiningpikablu252 02:52, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
